While y’all are sweating it up there in the Northern hemisphere, it’s freezing down here! But I love it, bring me rain any day! There’s nothing better than lying in bed, reading a book. I usually have a hot water bottle, but lately I’ve been burning my hands filling them up, so I think popping something like this heat pack in my bed before I get in is the way to go. Of course, you can also use these for aches, pains, etc. Just make sure you put a glass of water in the microwave with your heatpack when you heat it up so you don’t burn the rice.
